Overview ( top )
The Properties module allows managers to list different types of building spaces/properties. To give permission to add or alter properties, user groups are defined in the Admin->Property area.
As you enter text, or selected dropdowns, a tile preview and full listing preview are automatically updated to show you what the listing will look like. When adding a property, the initial screen will populate with example text. Click the "Clear" button to reset the form.

Checkbox Settings
The "Active" checkbox indicates that the listing is visible to all users. Unchecking this box will cause it to no longer appear on searches unless a manager is searching.
Auto-Expire
The "Auto-expire" checkbox indicates that the listing will automatically become inactive (see above) after an amount of time as defined in the Admin->Property area. The default is 3 months.
Details ( top )
The Details section contains fields that are important for creating a professional listing. Some fields are marked to show that they are mandatory fields and must be populated.
Photos
Property photos should be sized as 1920x1080 pixels, and be no larger than 250Kb in size. Photos larger than 250Kb take progressively longer to display in web browsers, and also consume data bandwidth. You should be able to compress images from 50% to 90% and still obtain reasonable quality.
If photos are not 1920x1080, there is a chance that they may appear stretched or clipped, though there is a chance they may display correctly. Factors such as width, height and aspect ratio make 1920x1080 the safest option but you are welcome to try other sizes and see if they work satisfactorily.
To upload photos, the easiest way is to click the
Select Photos button and upload them into the Properties folder. Once uploaded, right click and copy the URL, and paste it into the photo inputbox. The URL will be stripped of the http:// and domain name to make it shorter and portable in case the domain name ever changes.
