LIVING was founded in June 2017 with the simple purpose of providing an all-inclusive, cost-effective service that can save time and effort for millions of tenants, residents, owners, management offices and support persons around the world.

We now have local hosting services in Asia, Australia, Europe and the United States.

Our guiding principles are:

• it has to be fast - it should take a few seconds to get the information you need, whether it's a site map, a floor plan, a wiring diagram or relevant rules and regulations.
• it has to be easy - even for more involved things like booking a room with a deposit, or following up on a management issue: getting an outcome should be as efficient as possible.
• it has to work everywhere - today we spend our time on laptops, tablets, and smartphones... and it has to work on all of them. And that can't mean tiny letters and buttons or broken pages.

We're always thinking about how we can improve our service and here are some examples of things on our road-map:

• a notification system so residents can receive emails notifying them in advance that nearby neighbors have noisy renovations approved.
• a local marketplace to buy and sell things, or advertise local services such as babysitting or cleaning.
• formal surveys and voting to help gather opinions, or ratify general meeting votes.
